3. Client Responsibilities

4. Service Delivery and Timeframes

CVPro aims to provide services within the agreed-upon timeframe. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times vary depending on the service package selected, and we will provide estimated completion times upon booking.

5. Payment and Pricing

All payments for CVPro services are due upon receipt of the invoice and must be made before any services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing for our services will be clearly outlined on our website or as part of a service agreement.
CVPro reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to clients before services are provided.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

We aim to provide a high level of satisfaction with our services. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed service to discuss possible revisions.
We do not offer refunds once the services have been delivered. However, we will work with you to make necessary revisions, where applicable.
If you wish to cancel a service after payment but before the work has started, you may be eligible for a refund minus an administrative fee, depending on the specific circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by CVPro, including written CVs, cover letters, and other materials, are owned by CVPro until full payment has been received. Once full payment is made, the client assumes ownership of the delivered materials.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute the materials provided by CVPro without prior consent, except for personal use in your job search.

9. No Guarantee of Employment

While we strive to create high-quality CVs and job search materials, CVPro makes no guarantee that you will secure employment or interviews as a result of using our services. We provide the tools and support, but job acquisition depends on various factors beyond our control, including market conditions, hiring practices, and your own qualifications and efforts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, CVPro is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages that may result from using our services. This includes any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CVPro harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, including the misuse of any of the materials we provide.
